Exchange and Return Policies

At Aparaitinga we seek to always deliver high-quality products. Given our desire to deliver excellent and transparent service so as to guarantee total satisfaction to our customers, Aparaitinga created exchange and return policies based on current legislation and on ethical and moral values.

To return a product the customer must abide by the following rules:

When receiving a product bought on our online store, refuse it if:

• Damaged package;

• Damaged product;

• Wrong product;

• Incomplete product.

Return due to Regret or Withdraw 

To return a product due to regret, the following conditions must be observed:

• The deadline to withdraw from the purchase of the product is up to 7 calendar days, counting from the date of receipt;
• The product must be sent back in its original package, with no signs of use, with the original manufacturer’s seal unviolated, together with its receipt, manual, and all of its accessories;
• For withdrawal solicitations from confection products it is necessary to retain the product’s label/seal;
• The customer is responsible for the product’s delivery costs.

Defective Product

The exchange solicitation must be made to our company in up to 7 calendar days, counting from the date of receipt.

If the product bought at our online store presents defects after those seven days, counting from the date of receipt, you can contact us to verify the nature of the defect.

Returned products must be in their original state, meaning without any intervention that implies a loss of warranty, accompanied by the receipt, all its accessories, and preferably in its original package.

All products will be analyzed and if it is found that there is no defect or that there was non-compliance with any of the conditions described in the previous topic, the product will be sent back to the customer.
